Judaic Practices to Cultivate Unity Consciousness
With Robert L. Kane, Prayer Chaplain
Sunday, February 4th
12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Unity's first principle is that there is only One Power and One Presence in the universe and in our lives. Yet more often than not, our experience of life is simply about getting things done, rather than fostering a deep appreciation for the gift of life itself. Other times, it feels as if we are just small humans in a big world that is somehow separate from us - and potentially dangerous.
In this two-hour class, we will explore how to create that sense of "oneness" and deep apprecation with and for everything in our lives by using traditional Judaic meditation practices as a template for expanding consciousness. From the most mundane activities, to challenges and celebrations, we will experience how to apply these practices to elevate our spiritual consciousness.
There is no fee for this class, but a $15 love offering to Unity San Francisco for hosting the class is encouraged.
