Seek And You Will Find

Last Sunday, I shared this quote from the Gospel of Matthew: "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."

As members of Unity San Francisco, we are about to vote on one of the most important matters in our 100 years: the purchase and renovation of 240 Page Street.  When we started on this journey, we were wondering if there was a space that better met the needs of our growing and diverse community.  A space that would be easier to reach for those members who travel from the East Bay, Marin, or the Peninsula.  A space that had more natural light and could be a statement of our Abundance and Vision for the future.

Little did we know we would find all of that in a 100-year-old church building.  That was not on anyone's radar!  As I often say, if your good shows up in a way you did not expect, that is a sign that it is from Spirit, not from your ego.  Of all the possible homes we looked at, the church building at 240 Page Street has come closest to meeting all the goals and objectives we set out when we began this search over two years ago.  Now, it is our opportunity to sit in prayer and meditation, and to discern if purchasing Page Street is our next step in our Spiritual Evolution.

I will be in prayer and meditation all weekend, and I invite you to join us on Sunday as we talk about Spiritual Birth and celebrate our abundant choices.
